Although many people lean to use the lexis “stress” and “disquiet” interchangeably, they are actually two single conditions. Stress is a reaction to an incentive, which can be external or home. You may experience stress when you feel frustrated with something (like waiting in line behind a lingering nature) or, when you are anxious that you will not linkage expectations (such as missing a deadline at work).
